Club, school and association teamwear
Your name on the label. Factory direct underneath.
Pay one fee and your organisation supplies its own kit under its own brand: direct factory pricing, your neck labels, proven patterns and quality checks on every run. No reseller, brand or agent in the middle and no licence to renew.
Draft. Locations and contact details are placeholders to confirm.

The offer
One fee. Your own supply chain.
Most clubs and schools buy teamwear through a uniform reseller or a sportswear brand. Either way, someone sits between you and the factory, adds a margin on every order and controls the label. This turns that around: you hold the supplier relationship, the label and the pricing.
Built on more than 20 years of working directly with garment factories, so the systems, patterns and checks are already proven when you start.
Turnkey supply pack
- Direct factory pricing for your organisation
- Your own brand and neck labels on every garment
- Garment patterns and fit blocks
- Quality assurance on every production run
- A dedicated graphic designer for your kit and label artwork
- Support from people who have done this before
What you get
Everything a supplier relationship needs
Six things that normally take years of trial and error to put together.
Pricing
Direct pricing
Buy at factory prices with no reseller or brand margin on top. Your costs are visible and quoted per garment.
Identity
Your own brand
Garments carry your club or school name, not ours. Woven or printed neck labels, hang tags and packaging in your branding.
Fit
Patterns and size charts
Tested patterns for the garments clubs actually order: playing tops, shorts, polos, hoodies, tracksuits and leavers wear. Size charts that match what arrives.
Assurance
Quality assurance
Samples before commitment, then checks at set points through production so what you approved is what ships.
Confidence
Proven partners
Factories and suppliers already vetted through years of production, so you are not choosing blind from an online directory.
Design
Your own graphic designer
A dedicated designer for your organisation prepares your kit designs, crest artwork, neck labels and tags, and stays on your account for every season.
Your brand, on everything
Look like a team people want to wear
Playing kit, training wear and everyday merchandise carry the same crest, colours and label, so your organisation looks like a proper brand on the field and off it.

Quality assurance
Checked before it ships, not after it arrives
The checks below are the standard sequence. Exact checkpoints and sign-off steps are confirmed in your pack.
Sample sign-off
You approve fit, fabric and print on a physical sample first.
Pre-production
Fabric and trims are checked against the approved sample.
In-line check
Stitching, print alignment and colour checked while the run is on the line.
Final inspection
Sizes counted, labels confirmed and packing verified before shipping.
Questions
Common questions
Are there ongoing fees or royalties?
The turnkey pack is a one-off activation fee of US$9,999. Production orders are paid at the factory price quoted for each order. Optional services, if you choose them, are quoted separately. [Confirm final terms before publishing.]
What is the minimum order?
Minimums depend on the garment and decoration method and are set out in your pricing sheet. [Confirm minimums.]
Can we use our own crest and colours?
Yes. Garments, labels and tags are produced in your colours and carry your crest. Your dedicated designer prepares production-ready artwork from whatever files you have.
How long does a first order take?
Timing depends on sampling and production lead time for the garments chosen. You will have a schedule agreed before you commit to a bulk run. [Add typical lead times.]
How is shipping handled?
Orders can ship direct to your organisation or to a local warehouse. Duties, taxes and freight by country are covered during your enquiry. [Confirm regions served.]
Do you work outside New Zealand and Australia?
This service is set up for clubs, associations and schools in other countries. Tell us where you are and we will confirm shipping and import details.
